Maryam Doesn’t Have a Little Lamb Anymore

Auburn, Australia (1:00 P.M. AEST)– On Saturday morning, 8 year-old Maryam Fahza reported her lamb missing to both her parents and the local police. Maryam offered the following description of the lamb: “his fleece was white as snow.”

“Everywhere that Maryam went, the lamb was sure to go,” said Hamdi Fahza, her uncle who had joined Maryam’s family for Eid-ul-Adha. ”Not sure how she got the idea that this lamb was a pet. We always buy a lamb from Halal Farms every year.”

Attendees of the Auburn Gallipoli mosque’s Eid celebrations have confirmed that Maryam’s little lamb will no longer be following her to school.
